Returns and Refund Policies
Once you receive your order from MyDiamond.ca, you have 30 days to return the package for a full, no-questions-asked refund. We understand that you might have changed your mind, but please be aware that, in order for the return to be processed, your items must be in the original packaging with the original documentation and in the same condition that they were received. This includes the piece of jewellery and the original laboratory grading report.
Items that are sent without our return authorization number will be refused by mydiamond.ca.
We understand that you want to return your purchase. To make this return as easy as possible, please follow this procedure.
1- With your order number at the ready, contact our customer support at

3- Within 24 hours, we will email you an Return Authorization Number
4- Package your items in the original packaging materials. All original documents, including the original laboratory grading report, must be sent with your piece of jewellery. Please note that if an original laboratory grading report (GIA) is missing, mydiamond.ca will deduct $200CAD from the original amount. For USA customers $150USD will be deducted.
5- For security reasons, do not put any visible documents on the outside of the box.

Upon receiving your returned item, our quality-control department will inspect your piece of jewellery. This process will take three to four business days. Once your item is approved for a refund, the reimbursement of the full amount will be issued to the original mode of payment. You will then get your money back up to 14 days after we have processed the refund. (excluding shipping/handling)
Please note that a refund via wire transfer will be issued by a company cheque only.
Make sure to track you package and make sure that you put *signature required. Please make sure to email us your tracking number as well
