How long does it take to ship?
Delivery times do vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Each order goes through a careful inspection and documentation process before leaving our headquarters. Most orders are shipped within one to five business days after payment is received. The shipment then takes anywhere from five to 15 business days to arrive. Your 30-day money-back guarantee countdown begins when you sign for the package.
How secure is it to ship valuable jewellery through the mail?
We use a secure shipping process with Canadian Post. You sign on delivery. Before you sign, it is for us to worry about. All of our jewellery is insured in transit.

Where does MyDiamond.ca ship to?
Anywhere in Canada And USA For orders outside of Canada USA we will need to look at every request individually. Please call us at :1-888-447-2429 should you have any questions about international orders. Otherwise, we work almost exclusively within Canada. International clients may face extra shipping, tax and custom charges.
How much does shipping cost?
The answer is simple: Nothing. We cover shipping for all new purchases and returns. We ask that you pay for the shipping if you are participating in our annual spa treatment service, but the treatment itself is free.
What about taxes?
Taxes are inevitable. We charge taxes in accordance to Canada’s federal and provincial laws. Taxes do vary by province, but we automatically factor that into the final cost based on your billing location.
